Are your products authentic?

Yes. All items sold by Sunglass Haven are guaranteed authentic. All models are officially carried by the brands we carry and originate all the way from Italy or USA

Is Sunglass Haven the same as Sunglass Hut?

No. Sunglass Hut is a lifestyle store established here in the Philippines. However, all of the brands that we carry are luxury international brands exclusively available to us.

Where are the items made?

All of the items are originated in Italy except for Oakley sunglasses which are made in USA

Can we return/exchange the items we purchased online?

Pursuant with the consumer act of the Philippines by DTI, a return and exchange of items is possible if the item/s purchase have been received with defects caused by the manufacturer. Return/exchange of items caused by the customer's changed of mind is not allowed as this is per the company's policy.

Where is your warranty center?

Our warranty center is at JASRA Bldg., 8062 Estrella St. corner Saint Paul Road, San Antonio Village, Makati city. Further details of our warranties can be seen at the terms and conditions tab.
